Trunk or Treat

We recently went to our ward's Trunk or Treat. Since I got called into the Young Women's organization, it was a lot of work on my part (and the other leaders, of course), but it turned out really well. The turnout was fantastic and it seemed like everyone had a great time.

Our family, true to tradition, wore a group costume. Ignore the fuzzy, not well posed shot of us, but I need to show off this year's costuming. Deg was a Chinese takeout box, I was a bottle of soy sauce, and DJ was a little sushi roll. I'll try to get better pics on Halloween, but this is pretty funny. Or at least I think it is!

The biggest thing that took up my time in getting ready for this party was the 4 cardboard cutouts I made. It took multiple hours of drawing and painting and cutting and... whatever Deg did to make them stand up... but I think it was worth it. Look how cute they are!
