I love to cook. Most especially, though, the art of baking is something I find to be just delightful. Aside from the obvious waistline problems this presents, my baking hobby has hit a major snag, folks.
I like to call this snag: gas oven. I've always used electric ovens, so this gas oven is driving me absolutely bonkers. My bake times are all off, and not consistently. Some things bake a lot faster, some bake significantly slower, and I just can't take it.
I know several of you like to use your ovens. So those of you who use gas ovens, what am I doing wrong? What do you do? How in the heck do you use your gas ovens?!
