A grand introduction
Hello everyone! My name is Degory Edward Valentine Jr. I was born at 5:50 on Thursday morning after mom checked into the hospital on Monday night to be induced because I was 12 days overdue (my mom won't go into details, but I was taking my sweet time). I am 20.5 inches long and at birth I was 6.86 pounds. My mom and my dad are pretty dang excited to have me here. I am pretty adorable. You'll be hearing more about me soon, but I wanted to introduce myself. So, hello - it's nice to meet you!

Oh my!! Congrats on the cute new addition. I didn't even know that you were expecting. I saw his cute little face on FB and was wondering if maybe you posted something about it on this blog (that's why I'm so late, sorry). He is darling! I was 12 days overdue with my first, too. Funny. Glad he's here and everyone is healthy! Congrats.
