We built a tank

So lately, if I've been shopping, it's been at Michaels craft store. The jewelry thing and having a serious craft bug is doing me in. Anyway, I was there looking at different crafts that might catch my fancy, and I found one that did. Well, okay, it caught Deg's fancy in my mind, and it was something I felt we could do together. It was a wooden 3-D replica of a tank. So, I brought it home, and he has been just looking forward to playing with it ever since. We built it tonight. This was a super fun project and it took about a hour and a half. It was one of the harder ones, but they make them much easier, too. I think this would be fun to do with kids or with a date. Plus (and this might be the best part) they range in price from $1-$5. We used a bit of superglue we had around to really get some pieces to stick, but other than that... super fun and super cheap project that Deg can actually be proud he helped with. Plus, if you're feeling super crafty, you can paint your creations. So anyway, here are the results:
