Say what!?!

So, I got a new pair of boots last night. They're really cute; black, pointy-toed, dainty heels, knee length. I'm totally wearing them with a skirt right now. So I go into the teacher lunchroom, and Justin Timberlake is there. (OK so it's not really JT - I have a coworker that looks exactly like him, but that's another story for another time.) He looks at me and says, "Nice boots." Well, sometimes the word "boots" doesn't sound like the word "boots." You see where I'm going? Hmm... Yeah well luckily I figured out what he meant in time to respond as if I hadn't been confused or shocked.

So here's my question: When have you had an experience when you heard something that wasn't actually said and it was funny?

Your post immediately reminded me of another blog post I read recently that had me cracking up.

If you want to hear how a sweet little girl could be misheard to have said "Yeah Daddy, don't be dickless!" Read on. :)
