To whom it may concern:

I am interested in filing for a transfer. As I am currently residing in Provo, I think you will understand when I request that my location be moved to a more formidable atmosphere.

I have enjoyed my time here in Provo, but lately there has been some issue with the temperature outside. Every time I step from a building, I am instantly assaulted by snow, wind, ice, and less than desirable temperatures. I feel that I have been very patient in putting up with this weather for the past several years, but I am finding that my ability to enjoy this state and all it has to offer is limited by the freezing temperatures outside.

Please consider in my application for transfer locating me to somewhere warm and sunny, as it will take me a few months to thaw back out again. St. George would be most desirable if I am required to stay in state. If I am allowed to leave, please consider somewhere like Phoenix, which is warm yet relatively uncrowded.
