Emotions

Drained: emptied or exhausted
Burned-out: exhausted as a result of longtime stress
Exhausted: depleted of energy, force, or strength

Guess what I'm feeling today? Is it actually possible to take a 4-6 month hiatus from church? How about from life? Maybe a Sunday afternoon nap will help. Or some chocolate and french fries.

In a feeble attempt to feel better, I'll ask for your advice. What do  you do when you're ready to lose it?

Take a nap. Go out with a friend. Get some sunshine. I think that this time of year is hard...it is dreary and we are all tired of feeling cold. I have been in a slump lately too but I did work out yesterday and that help. Also, diet, dr pepper does wonders :)

i don't know...but i am feeling the blah of it all, i just want a nap that lasts a long time, like until june....
