- my new fabric flower corsage that is huge and amazing and probably Aleisha-inspired
- the vegan ice cream cake that Monica and I made this afternoon
- Monica, Justin, Heather, Ben, Deg and I at our Valentine's Day group date at our house tonight
- the sushi we all made together (fillings included krab with a k, cream cheese, avocado, carrot, cucumber, tamago, sesame oil, wasabi, and a partridge in a pear tree)
- the other food, which included potstickers, orange chicken, fried rice, asian noodle soup, and homemade fortune cookies
- the amazing fortunes in the cookies (and you'd have to think of us adding either "in bed" or "except in bed" at the end of every fortune, because that's how fortune cookies are supposed to be read)
- the mocktails that went along with dinner and the HUGE mess that became of the kitchen
- the exactly 2 inches of table space that were not covered in foodness
- us playing the worst game ever - Match Mate - and having a good 'ole time over it
- us jamming to N'Sync and Backstreet Boys (it is Valentine's day, after all)
- Deg and Ben doing a little post-sushi Wii boxing
- Emily sleeping in her pack and play in the back room and Deg just loving how cute she is
