Deg's buddy Cam

Deg's best friend growing up was a kid named Cameron Baker, or Cam to his friends. He and Deg are still very close; I frequently find them playing video games with each other via the internet. They'd play in person, but Cam lives in New York City. He's attending Columbia University on the GI Bill. Cam served two back-to-back deployments in Iraq with the Air Force and then worked as a private contractor there for three more years. He is a huge, gruff, disciplined military man (the kind that, if I didn't know him, I would think would like to eat me). And he is probably one of the most amazing kids I've ever met.
