need your help

Teaching makes you tired. Like, really tired. I feel like I need 50 ccs of Mountain Dew all the time (which not only would keep me awake, but sounds totally amazingly delicious). And it makes me really hungry, too. So why am I telling you this? Because I need your help. See, the problem is that everything that sounds good to eat I shouldn't eat because it's so gross for my body. All I want is french fries and candy. Yuck for my body. But it's all I want! So here's where you can help: what are some decent snack ideas? I need food that will satisfy me but not kill me off in one shot. Seriously, your help is appreciated by both me and my tummy.

I find my personal trainer helps out. Its kinda hard too when you live and associate with people who don't really watch what they eat, very very tempting.

I've got a menu and diet that you might be interested in. Just let me know...

slim fast shakes, or those kirkland brand kind you get from costco which taste better and are cheaper in bulk. When I taught high school it also made me tired, and those things actually fill me up. Luckily for me when it came to being tired, we had black schedule and my prep day each day coincided with lunch, I'd drink one of those puppies then lay on the futon in my room and sleep for two hours, it was heavenly.

I must admit I have never been a good influence on anyone's diet. 50ccs of Dew always sounds good, especially when followed up by a nice cold Dew.
